Join the waitlist
In order to provide the best customer experience, we offer in-person pickup every week. Joining the waitlist enables us to priorize and set achievable expectations - win-win!
Step 2
Talk to us
We will call you when it's your turn to schedule a pickup and answer any questions that you may have. Payment will be collected at this time so that you don't even have to be available in-person for the pickup.
Step 3
Live your life
We will pick up, digitize, and return the boxes to you (if that's what you'd like) without you having to lift a finger. You can even track the entire progress online right here. It's that easy!
Step 4
See your photos
When everything is ready, we will let you know over email or text message. We can even walk you through it over the phone if needed - just let us know. You can now see and share photos from any of your devices, at any time, anywhere in the world.
Step 5
Tell us a story
This is totally optional, but we'd love to learn about one photo that means the most to you and the story behind it. Then with your permission, we'd like to share it on our blog and social media to inspire others to save and share their family memories.

We mostly operate in the Kitchener-Waterloo, Halton, and Southern Georgian Bay region in Ontario. However we are flexible to go out of the way too, just tell us what you are in the waitlist form!
We scan in full colour at 300 DPI using a Epson FastFoto FF-640, and offer up to 600 DPI upon request. This resolution is the professional industry standard for digitizing photos.
The first year of digital storage is free. After the first year, it costs $99 per year for unlimited number of photos. That works out to be less than a small Timmy's coffee per week.
No problem! Please write them down in the waitlist form and we'd happily take the time to answer them all over the phone.
